Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the Supamotiv website or service (“the service”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Contact: hello@supamotiv.com.

The service

Supamotiv takes car photos you upload and returns images with a new background, shadow and floor, and optional branding such as number plate and wall sign. The car itself is taken from your original photo. We aim for good results on every photo, but results can vary with the photo, and we may return a photo unchanged or without a charge when we cannot process it well.

Your account

Give accurate details, keep your login safe, and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. The service is for businesses in the motor trade.

Your photos and what you can do

You must own, or have the right to use, every photo you upload. Do not upload anything unlawful, misleading or that infringes other people’s rights. You keep ownership of your photos and of the images we make from them, and may use them in your listings and marketing.

You give us permission to store your photos and results, to process them with our providers, and to keep and use them (including the cut-outs and processing records) to improve and develop the service, including training our own image tools. We do not sell your photos or show them publicly without your permission.

Honest listings

Supamotiv changes the setting around a vehicle, not the vehicle. You are responsible for making sure your listings describe each vehicle accurately and comply with advertising and consumer law.

Credits, plans and payment

Plans, prices and credits will be shown before you buy. A credit is used when a finished image is delivered. Details will be added here when paid plans open.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, to resell it without our agreement, or to use bots or automated sign-ups. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

Ending your account

You can stop using the service or ask us to close your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken. When an account closes we delete your data as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell account holders about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
